用户实测 Anthropic API 缓存 5 分钟窗口导致打包额度大量浪费

用户 teortaxesTex 实测发现，Anthropic 打包 API 请求复用常错过 prompt cache 的 5 分钟有效期，导致大量额度用于 cache write。控制台显示，Claude Opus 5.5 消耗 2.6M 输入 token，cache read 仅占 0.1%，write 摊销倍率接近 0.00×。
